

Johnathon North: Guitar, Vocals · North spent years touring with bands throughout the Midwest. He was the principal writer and singer for a traveling rock band. With record label and publishing support, some of his songs landed on mainstream radio, television, and film. He continues to write and record. Denny Richards: Bass, Vocals · Richards has been a mainstay on the Michigan music scene as a performer, session musician, songwriter, and educator. In addition to Rock Hat, he can be found anchoring Go North!, 1000 Watt Prophets, and the Jabo Bihlman band, as well as occasional slots with The Big Greasy Funk Band and others.

Chuck Mauk: Drums · Mauk has recorded in studios from New York to Los Angeles. He’s performed in clubs, theaters, and arenas all over the United States, Canada, and Europe. His drumming can be heard on hundreds of recordings for singer-songwriters to bands and everything in between. His drumming can also be heard on the big screen, television, radio, and online commercials. Mauk is endorsed by Sabian Cymbals, Stone Custom Drums, Los Cabos Drumsticks, The Kelly Shu, and Roland.

Scott Thompson: Drums · Thompson has been playing drums and percussion professionally for many years. He started in the Detroit Metro area and worked with several of Detroit's best. Thompson spent several years with a band called Travis. Travis had record deals and opened at Pine Knob for Bob Seger, to a two-night sold-out crowd. Thompson's first introduction to Leelanau Peninsula was recording in the Roller Mills studio in Glen Arbor, with Travis. Forty-something years later, he and his wife, Kathy, became residents of Leelanau, and he started to play locally as well as downstate with several bands.
